The Law office Borozan was established in 1969 by the lawyer Borislav Borozan. In order to professionally and timely protect client’s rights, the Law office Borozan has been providing services to a large number of legal entities and individuals for more than half a century based on a systemic interpretation of legal sources and analysis of current case law, with special emphasis on individual approach and procedure expediency.
Born in 1990 in Belgrade.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. During his studies, he repeatedly received scholarships from the city of Belgrade as one of the 100 best students in the humanities in Belgrade.
He passed the bar exam with distinctions in commercial, constitutional, labor, international and civil law.
He has gained work experience by working with his father, attorney at law Borislav Borozan, during which experience he participated in a large number of court and administrative proceedings, as well as in the drafting of general legal acts and contracts for individuals and legal entities.
He primarily specializes in representing clients in court, corporate law and legal relations in the real estate field.
